AutoCAD Drafter (NY DOB Experience)

We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with experience in NY City DOB processes to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential design and proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting techniques .

WE WILL REQUEST A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLE PROJECT(S) FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS

• Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.
• Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience.
• Knowledge of design software tools such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations relative to all construction details.
• Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload.
• Experience and proficiency in drafting and using Autodesk AutoCAD for drawings.
