About the Role
BYD Mexico is looking for an Automotive Aftersales Project Specialist to lead and drive strategic aftersales and automotive service projects across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, automotive commercial industry experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
IMPORTANT: This position is not related with design, engineering or manufacture activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive key milestones in aftersales and automotive service projects.
- Develop, monitor, and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including: Service, Spare Parts, Training, marketing and operational areas.
- Identify risks, operational bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
