Role Description
Aptiv is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who will oversee the customer service team and ensure effective communication with clients. You will manage order follow-ups and coordinate with production and logistics to meet delivery commitments.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or production control, along with advanced English and SAP knowledge.
