Auxilar Contable Bilingue (Medellín)

Accounting duties are primary, and secondarily, the person will assist with data research and verification, such as updating client and contact records in our database. This may mean calling clients, subscribers, sponsors and other contacts in both English and Spanish to update our contact records.

Qualifications

• Experience with international accounting, especially US and IRS requirements
• Conversant in English
• Very competent in IT, software, and information security best practices - You know how to protect data
• Familiarity with IRS returns and procedures.
• Can complete bookkeeping accurately and on-time every month
• Can perform analysis and create ad-hoc reports
• Always asks questions, performs inquiries, and works towards certainty
