Job Title: Auxiliary Mechanical
Direct Manager: Maintenance manager
Location: Gabon
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Collect Parts and Kits from the Store.
- Prepare Oils, Grease, and Other Consumable Materials.
- Preparing and Cleaning the Tools.
- Clean the workshop and other Working Areas.
- Washing auxiliary Equipment Before Services.
- Perform Basic Maintenance Tasks/weekly inspections and PM.
- Perform PCR.
- Perform Equipment Breakdown Repairs.
- Crimping Hydraulic Hoses and Identifying Proper Fitting to Use, Calibrate, and Inspect Major Component (Engine, Cylinders, Compressors...).
- Select the proper tool, record time, and Material Consumed for Each Task.
- Deal With All Lifting Equipment and hydraulic presses and inspections.
