AZ Truck Drivers

Seasonal employment, Full-time – 40-50 hours/week Employment conditions: early mornings, morning, day, evening, weekends (Saturdays), flexible hours

Job Overview

Truck Drivers provide transportation of materials to different job sites. Driving to a wide range of areas, including Kingston, Picton, Belleville, Quinte West, Gananoque, and Napanee.

Credentials

• Driver’s license (class 1 or A)

Responsibilities & Major Tasks

• Handling heavy loads
• Complete inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)
• Provide maintenance and repair reports
• Heavy lifting required: bending, lifting, kneeling, standing, sitting for extended periods of time
• Candidates should be able to lift 45kg (100lbs)
• Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
• Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections
• Must wear hard hat and steel-toe safety boots
