Responsibilities
  • Be our Market Explorer: Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research.
  • Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations.
  • Become a Growth Architect: Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers’ GMV through data-driven product selection, traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration), and promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events).
  • Serve as Operational Partner: Guide sellers through platform onboarding (SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup) and provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans.
