Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading BPOM-certified cosmetics contract manufacturing company specializing in OEM/ODM and private label skincare, body care, and beauty products. The company partners with local and international beauty brands to develop high-quality cosmetic products with end-to-end manufacturing solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company’s Alibaba.com supplier storefront, including product listings, keyword SEO, and storefront performance.
Handle inbound inquiries and RFQs from global B2B buyers, ensuring fast response times and high conversion rates.
Educate prospective clients regarding OEM/ODM manufacturing services, formulation options, packaging solutions, and MOQ requirements.
Run Alibaba promotional tools and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, traffic, and conversion rates to improve lead generation ROI.
