Role Description

Our client is a well-established player in industrial and energy services across Canada, with a strong culture focused on safety, performance, and quality client relationships. In a growth context, we are looking for a B2B Sales Representative to develop a territory on the South Shore. Role breakdown: 60% new business development / 40% account management & growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an active pipeline (field prospecting, cold calls, networking)
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio (upsell / cross-sell)
  • Track performance (revenue, volumes, activity)
  • Keep CRM up to date and ensure rigorous follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80-90K + uncapped commissions + benefits
  • Car allowance: $800/month + fuel card
