Bank Recruiter (12-Month Contract)

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Bank Recruiter for a 12-month contract based in Toronto, ON. This role supports Banking recruitment operations and plays a critical part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent that supports the Company's purpose of Making Life in Canada Better. The role requires being onsite 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate job requisitions, handling multiple positions simultaneously in a high-volume environment
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: pipelining top talent, sourcing passive and active prospects, screening applicants, presenting candidates to hiring managers, coordinating and conducting interviews, advising on candidate selection, extending and negotiating offers, and managing administrative tasks
