Practice Area: Banking & Finance

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Experience: 2–10 years (Law firm background)

What you’ll do

• Work on complex banking & finance transactions and client advisory
• Support regulatory aspects (SEBI/RBI/etc. exposure is a plus)
• Bring strong technical drafting/negotiation skills
• Collaborate as a team player and help build the B&F practice

What you’ll bring

• Admitted to the Bar
• LL.M / MAS / J.D. preferred
• Proven experience at a law firm on B&F deals
