About the Role – Bar Manager
The Bar Manager oversees the daily operations of all resort bars, ensuring high-quality service, compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and delivering a memorable guest experience.
This role includes staff supervision, inventory control, cost management, and coordination with other departments to support resort events and services.

East Cape of Los Cabos, Baja California, Mexico – Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos, at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA.
The resort offers a private marina, exclusive beach, and is situated along a two‐mile stretch of pristine white sand.
What You Will Do
Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
Develop, update, and manage the bar menu in collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership team, featuring signature cocktails, seasonal offerings, and premium selections.
