Job Description

• Assist Manager in overseeing daily operations of the barbershop to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Support in implementing and enforcing shop policies and procedures among staff.
• Help monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries or minor complaints, escalating larger issues to the Manager.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring under the Manager’s guidance.
