You'll also manage cleanliness and visual presentation while responding to customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor retail team members in daily tasks
• Ensure proper execution of assigned operations
• Train team members on retail standards and processes
• Maintain presentation standards and assist customers
• Address customer issues with logic and good judgment
Requirements:
• Preferred 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Flexibility for opening and closing shifts
