In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing legal matters pertaining to the Professional Conduct Review (PCR) department. Reporting to the Director, Legal Services, you will analyze complaints, guide legal strategies, and work towards trauma-informed resolutions. Your role extends to improving processes and practices to ensure equitable and ethical standards in patient care across British Columbia.
