Responsibilities
- Book appointments, build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the engineering and IT industry.
- Organize and coordinate resources to execute successful delivery of Recruiting/Staffing services.
- Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
- Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.
- Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols, and expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Minimum 1 year of agency experience selling technology/IT organizations from start‑ups to mid‑size companies.
