Coughlin Ottawa is seeking a Benefits Consultant to join our team. We’re looking for an advisor excited to develop deep industry expertise, with a consultative mindset, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions that drive long‑term value for clients and their employees. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, bring clarity to complex decisions, and design benefits strategies that reflect care, compliance, and long‑term sustainability.

The Benefits Consultant Will

• Lead and manage the overall relationship of a block of clients including strategic consulting advice, service delivery, financial management, plan design, pricing strategies, analyzes trends, negotiate renewals, and benchmarking of benefit plans.
