Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize mid-term and end-of-term lease contracts
• Ensure documentation accuracy for all lease agreements
• Execute monthly reports on lease expirations
• Track unidentified deposits for prompt processing
• Advise Broker Partners on end-of-term contract opportunities
