Business & Sales Support

Partner with Sales and Account teams during opportunity qualification and pre-bid phases to assess feasibility, clarify scope, and define response strategy aligned with client requirements.

Technical & Commercial Proposal Development

  • Coordinate and consolidate inputs from cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Product, Delivery, Finance, Legal) to structure, draft, review, and finalize high‑quality technical and commercial proposals.
  • Ensure proposals clearly articulate value proposition, solution architecture, service scope, SLAs, and differentiators.

Tender & RFP Management

  • Lead end‑to‑end preparation and submission of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and client tenders across IT and SaaS environments.
