Bid response specialist (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

The Bid Response Specialist/Proposal Assistant executes and delivers on specific tasks related to Public Sector Proposal opportunities supporting the Public Sector Sales organization. This position reports to the Manager, Capture and Bid Response.

• Coordinates the intake of new opportunities.
• Runs the daily proposal huddle to coordinate assignments and document status updates.
• Assists in completing proposals and managing timelines to final submission.
• Interfaces with relevant teams for review and signature of required documents.
• Uploads bids to bid posting sites to meet submission deadlines.
