Bilingual Account Manager - Real Estate (Santiago)

As a CBRE Account Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of contracted lease administration services. This role is responsible for portfolio administration, daily operations, and managing relationships with internal and external customers.

• Primarily responsible for managing an institutional fund portfolio, maintaining direct and ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring the achievement of established objectives.
• Manages the initial negotiation of lease contracts and modifications, addressing client requests.
• Coordinates all entities related to the execution of our clients' requirements, both regarding lease contracts and other functions pertinent to the managed real estate properties.
• Develops commercial strategies, supervises, and maintains a project tracking system to ensure timely completion.
• Represents the client in managed asset committees.
