We are looking for Bilingual Acting Service Leader: 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate experience using ITIL v4
  • Knowledge in Project Management (not necessarily PMP certified)
  • Usage in ITSM Tools such as: Remedy, Service Now, Zendesk, JIRA, SysAid or any other
  • Excellent knowledge using Microsoft Tools (Office, Project, Visio, etc.)
