Role Description
So what’s this role all about?
Our National Contact Centre is a fast paced, inbound contact centre where our Team Members are empowered to find creative, customer-centric solutions using a values-based approach.
You will typically spend your day processing customers’ orders by telephone, website and email, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer information in our databases in both official languages. You will have the opportunity to learn about our products and share that knowledge with our customers.

We are looking for customer-focused, French/English bilingual Team Members who can work a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts to join the team!
