Inbound Sales Representative - Mexico City (Onsite)
Location: CDMX - Onsite Alcaldía Benito Juárez
Compensation: Base salary $18,000 - $20,000 (MXN) + commissions
Job Summary
As an Inbound Sales Representative at RUI’s new Mexico City call center, you will handle incoming calls from prospective customers interested in our client’s Internet services. Using strong product knowledge, active listening, and a consultative sales approach, you will guide callers through available plans, match solutions to their needs, and close sales—all while providing an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
This role is onsite at our CDMX facility.
Schedule
Must have open availability Monday - Sunday, 9am-6pm EST (equivalent MX local time window).
You will receive your permanent 8-hour shift during your first week of training.
Training: 2 weeks, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST (onsite).
