Role Description

Join the National Leasing team as a Bilingual Insurance Administrator, where you’ll provide top-notch customer service while managing insurance policies and vehicle registrations in a full-time 15-month term role.
We're looking for someone to ensure compliance in insurance and registration for various assets. You will review policies, engage with customers and agents, and handle cancellations efficiently. Your responsibilities also include addressing delinquencies, managing correspondence, and improving team processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate insurance and registration compliance for assets
• Process external insurance documents and update records
• Engage proactively with agents to resolve issues
• Handle cancellations and assist with timely reinstatements
• Manage Loss Damage Waiver programs for eligible leases
