Bilingual LATAM Payroll Specialist: End-to-End & Compliance

Link-Worldwide is seeking a LATAM Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing at our Mexico Office. The position requires 2-3 years of payroll experience and in-depth knowledge of payroll laws across various LATAM countries.

The ideal candidate will process payroll accurately, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain payroll records using HRIS systems. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential as well as attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
