In this role, you will:Process & Fund Mortgage Applications
Prioritize and complete assigned applications within SLA with high accuracy.Prepare and forward instructions to lawyers, vendors, and branches.Review and upload funding documents, verify solicitor-provided forms, and ensure compliance.Handle documentation for PCA, payout/transfer requests, MPA, bridge loans, and refinances.Maintain accuracy across Bank systems (SMART Funding, MIMS, TLS, CIS, KS, IRIS).Disburse funds correctly and prepare posting worksheets for accounting.Resolve issues (title defects, missing info, system errors) and escalate when needed.Provide backup support to other MFOs and recommend process improvements.
