Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (1-year contract)

What you’ll do

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the full‑cycle recruitment process, helping our stores fill critical, high‑volume Retail Management roles in Ontario and Quebec. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet the business needs to fill open positions efficiently and deliver a top‑notch candidate experience. You will be a member of the dynamic, hard‑working, and collaborative Talent Acquisition team.

• Full‑cycle recruitment including conducting intake meetings, assessing candidate suitability, making thoughtful hiring recommendations, supporting the offer process, tracking and reporting, and executing various talent strategies.
