Join us as a Billing Specialist with Uline's Finance team to ensure the billing process is a breeze for our customers as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.Position Responsibilities- Support customers over the phone and through email to process order payments.
- Work with customers who have special billing requirements to pay invoices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product returns, rebills or any customer invoicing issues.
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
