Role Description
Responsibilities
- The CBS Lead Specialist is responsible for introducing CBS in the assigned area, contributing to business targets, and implementing and sustaining lean behavior.
- Serves as the key consultant for the entire plant for lean implementation to optimize efficiency, increase productivity and quality.
- Acts as Project Manager for CBS Strategy Projects such as Standard Work, Jishuken/Deviation Management, Leader Standard Work, 5S BIC, and KATA, impacting strategy indicators.
- Leads continuous improvement deployment across the organization, identifying, reducing or eliminating wastes through various CBS methodologies and principles, and promotes the sustainability of CBS culture through training, workshops, project execution, and coaching.
- Leads the CIM program, facilitating and promoting submission of new and valuable ideas to the CIM portal.
