Role Description
Responsible for the COGEN & HRSG; Boilers & Thermal Oil Heater Operation; Water Treatment Plant Operation; Air Compressor & air drier Operation and Cooling Tower Operation.
To operate & comply with the safety standard and regulations for boiler house operation
To collect water sample to test and monitor water quality as per scheduled. To take necessary action if found any water quality issues.
To trouble-shoot and highlight to superior immediately if found any abnormality on firing and other related problems on COGEN & HRSG; Steam boilers & Thermal Oil Heaters. Able to perform minor repair and service.
To trouble–shoot DI & soft water plant water quality problem if found. And able to carry out minor valve replacement and minor repairs.
To trouble-shoot air compressor & air drier breakdown problems and able to carry out minor service and repair.
To trouble shoot cooling towers water quality problems.
