Our client, a privately owned company with major North American clients, seeks a skilled Bookkeeper and Office Manager to take charge of their accounting function. You will use QuickBooks for all bookkeeping tasks, manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle bank reconciliations. Your duties will extend to supporting leadership in financial reporting and maintaining organized records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support month-end financial closes and reporting
