Bookkeeper

Numbers make sense to you — and messy books don’t stand a chance. We’re looking for a full-time Bookkeeper who lives and breathes QuickBooks Online , keeps financial records spotless, and communicates clearly in English.

About the Company

This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, a leading provider of Quality of Earnings and due diligence services for online business acquisitions. They work with business buyers—searchers, aggregators, family offices, and first-time acquirers to help them make confident, informed decisions.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop and XERO (experience desired, not mandatory)

• Handle reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
