Role Description
The South Okanagan Women in Need Society (SOWINS) is seeking a part‑time Bookkeeper to join the administrative team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bookkeeper supports a variety of day‑to‑day financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable using QuickBooks accounting software. The Bookkeeper may also provide support to payroll processing, as needed. The Bookkeeper creates financial reports, and maintains a variety of financial and other records, files and related filing systems.
SCHEDULE
This position is scheduled to work 21 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (9:00 am – 4:30 pm).
UNION
This position requires union membership, under Health Sciences Association (HSA).
WAGE
HSA Grid 10 ($25.95 – $29.76)
