This Plant Operator role focuses on producing asphaltic products, loading and unloading trucks, and performing necessary preventative maintenance. Successful candidates will actively follow operational procedures and safety protocols while assisting in polymer production. Shift work is required, including weekends and potential overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure general housekeeping and warehousing tasks are completed
• Assist with the production of polymers and solutions
• Load and unload trucks efficiently
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Follow safety regulations and operational guidelines
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Mechanical aptitude and physical fitness
