Branch Clerk I (PT)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in the areas of Building Material products, Hardware, Chemical, and Petroleum Products. Be knowledgeable about products and services offered by Pioneer Co-op
• Provide gas pump and propane service.
• Perform deliveries and operate forklift with certification as required.
• Stock shelves, coolers and general housekeeping duties.
• Assist with receiving, pricing and displaying merchandise.
• Pick and prepare customer orders, taking payments, receiving and invoicing, inventory counts and control processes.
• Process point of sale transactions/returns for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience considered an asset. Must obtain TDG, WHMIS, Propane Certificates, SIRS course once hired as a condition of employment. This position involves heavy lifting and requires a valid class 5 driver’s license or higher. Position i...
