Role Description
Job :
Supervise and coordinate all agency activities and ensure the achievement of agency objectives and the individual objectives of your team.
Implement and lead the commercial strategy of your agency.
Monitor key performance indicators of your agency and develop action plans to achieve set goals.
Ensure the development of credit activities as well as financial inclusion products and services, according to the set objectives.
Guarantee quality customer service, and promote a customer-centric culture within the agency.
Ensure good administrative management of the agency and the security of the premises.
Plan work schedules, train staff, and evaluate individual performance.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies at the agencies under your responsibility.
Identify and report potential operational risks to the Agency Group Manager.
