Williams Lake and District Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, future oriented leader to assume responsibility for our branch located in Williams Lake.

Reporting to the Manager, Operations, and as member of the management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of leading and growing the branch.

The Branch Manager carries the Vision, Mission, Service Mission, and Service Promises forward by providing advice and service consistent with the Service Standards, and by acting as a passionate, focused leader, mentor, and coach to branch staff.

In addition, this position acts as a positive agent for change in the organization, actively supporting change initiatives and seeking ways to improve service delivery.
