BUILDING ASSESSOR

Our client is one of the largest builders focused on insurance repairs. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Assessor to join our dynamic team. As a Building Assessor, you will play a critical role in evaluating property damages, assessing claims, and ensuring accurate and fair settlements for our policyholders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties, including commercial and residential buildings, to determine the extent of damage and potential insurance coverage.

Gather and document relevant information, such as photographs, measurements, and detailed reports, to support claims evaluation and settlement processes.

Collaborate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to explain assessment findings and guide them through the claims process.
