Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and repairs for electrical/mechanical equipment and maintain activity records.
• Monitor and manage Building Automation System to prevent malfunctions and address issues promptly, including tenant requests.
• Respond quickly to service calls for electrical/mechanical equipment, ensuring work quality and follow-up.
• Inspect and troubleshoot Fire Protection System, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems in adherence to Building Code.
• Maintain clean and organized mechanical rooms.
