Building Operator

Purpose of the Role

Maintain the performance and reliability of building systems across Allied's portfolio. As a Building Operator, you will perform a broad range of building operations and maintenance duties to ensure our properties operate efficiently, safely and to a high standard of physical quality.

Reporting to the Manager, Technical Services, you will collaborate across our organization to address both the planned and unplanned operational needs of our buildings and support the continued performance of Allied’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service contracts are enforced, service levels are achieved, and contractors are adequately supervised when on site.
• Conduct inspections and complete repairs as necessary on all site mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/BAS systems and related equipment including water treatment, boilers, heat pumps, rooftop units, air conditioners, etc., on a daily/weekly basis and complete a...
