Proven experience with requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews, stakeholder sessions) Strong documentation skills: Business Requirements Functional Requirements User Stories & Acceptance Criteria Experience with process mapping (as is / to be, swim lanes, value streams) Gap analysis and impact assessment UAT planning, execution support, and defect triage
Experience in the financial services industry with strong understanding of technology and/or operational risk, control, and governance.
