Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst fluent in English and Spanish to support business operations, analyze data, and facilitate communication between stakeholders across different regions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing reports, and ensuring clear communication with Spanish-speaking clients or teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. 2. Stakeholder Communication Act as a bridge between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
