Business Analyst

Purpose of the Function This role bridges business needs and technical & non-technical solutions, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team. You will translate strategic objectives into detailed requirements and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals. This involves analyzing complex business needs, defining measurable goals, and driving the creation of scalable, user-centric solutions. As a quality champion, you will also lead QA initiatives, defining and implementing a comprehensive strategy encompassing test planning, execution, and automation, while ensuring adherence to industry standards. You will monitor progress, identify process improvements, validate product readiness, and provide actionable insights from testing to support go-to-market strategies.
