The ideal candidate will contribute to agile delivery, facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams, and support the successful execution of key initiatives.

Support of transformation programs
Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) for stakeholder communication with Zurich North America
GW Policy Center Certification (BA / Functional) – strongly preferred
P&C / Commercial Insurance experience – strongly preferred
Experience interacting with Underwriting SMEs
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Proficiency in Jira, Visio, Excel, and wireframing tools
