Position Summary
The Business Applications & Analyst Lead is an emerging leader role within the IT team, focused on understanding business needs and helping translate them into practical technology solutions.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders and support core systems such as ERP (SAP S/4HANA), reporting tools, and integrated applications. In addition to hands‑on business analysis work, this role will begin to take on team coordination and mentorship responsibilities, with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership position over time.
