Compound Ventures is a PE-backed US venture studio. Our founder has personally directed roughly $200M in paid media spend over his career. We operate a portfolio of AI-powered companies across real estate, finance, healthcare, and more — and we're building out a digital services agency under the Compound Ventures umbrella to serve portfolio companies and, for the first time, external clients across the United States and, eventually, beyond.

We're hiring our first dedicated full-time outbound business development closer in Barranquilla. You will be calling US-based small and mid-sized businesses and closing them on digital services: paid media management (PPC, Google, Meta, etc), SEO, GEO/AEO, web design and landing page optimization, CRM implementation and monetization, and AI automation.
