Business Implementation Manager (Special Projects)

If you prefer high-level strategic planning/consulting, writing long theoretical memos or creating complex spreadsheets, this is not the seat for you. We are looking for a relentless execution engine who loves turning vision into immediate operational reality and actively finding growth limitations and unblocking them with maniacal urgency
Mission / Purpose of the Role
To take the existing growth strategies, quarterly Rocks/goals, and operational directives directly from the Co-Founders and relentlessly drive them to 100% completion across all firm departments (Operations, Marketing, Tech, HR, and Finance). This is not an executive strategy role; this is the firm’s primary execution engine. You are the ultimate Doer responsible and accountable for turning visionary ideas into operational reality.
