Responsibilities
Manage a central team for audience management, data analysis and insights generation processes.
Responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing audience architecture and strategies through pulling actionable insights from integrating multiple data sources, and providing valuable recommendations to drive business growth.
The BI Lead works closely with stakeholders across clients, areas, disciplines, and agencies to understand business needs and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
Must stay updated on audience management, industry trends, syndicated and proprietary solutions, and best practices to ensure BI strategies remain innovative and effective.
Optimal skills for Audience Strategy & Management
Own the end-to-end strategic audience framework, design segmentation architectures, experience on addressable audiences, and set standards for audience measurement.
