Business Lead Winnipeg

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a large banking client on a 5‑month contract working hybrid in downtown Toronto 2 days/week. The successful candidate will join a business process team and will support several RPA use cases across the fraud operations group.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities involve discovery sessions for the current state, gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining the target state, process mapping, documentation, and working with operations teams to finalize test cases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience working as a business analyst within medium‑large organizations
• Previous experience working in RPA projects involving UIPath, Blue Prism, etc.
• Previous experience generating test plans, conducting UAT and production acceptance testing
